I ordered my usual size from ecko.com because the website made it seem like the fit would be standard, but it was definitely not what I expected. The shirt was tight around the chest, but then the sleeves were weirdly long, so I was confused about the sizing. The quality seemed okay overall, but the fit was off enough that it was frustrating. Not sure if their stuff runs small or if it’s just inconsistent, but I probably wouldn’t order clothes from there again

I feel like I paid more than I should have for this. The quality was okay, but not really up to the standard I usually look for, especially at this price. For me, it just wasn’t worth the money.

I opened the package and it wasn’t even what I ordered. Getting completely different items is ridiculous, and now I have to deal with the hassle of fixing it.

I liked the shirt at first, but it seemed to wear out quickly. I’m not totally sure if I just got unlucky, but the quality didn’t feel like it lasted very long.

I was able to use the site and get what I needed, but the experience wasn’t the smoothest. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I had to click around more than I’d like just to find sizes and product details. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did make shopping feel a bit clunky.
The checkout did work in the end, which was the main thing, but the shipping and payment steps felt more confusing than they needed to be. My order went through fine, so I can’t complain too much, but based on actually using it, the whole process could definitely be easier.

I tried swapping a hoodie for a different size the whole thing felt way harder than it needed to be. Customer service took forever to reply, the return instructions were weirdly confusing, and I’m still waiting on my refund. At this point it almost feels like they make the process messy on purpose so people just give up. Definitely not ordering from them again.

I don’t know, the designs just really weren’t my thing. They had kind of an older feel to them, and nothing made me feel excited or like I had to have it.

It looks fine when you first put it on, but after about an hour it starts feeling stiff. I mean, you’d expect something you wear to stay comfortable for longer than that, so this was a bit disappointing.

My order still hasn’t arrived, and the delivery tracking is basically useless. I keep checking it, but it doesn’t tell me anything helpful, so I’m just left waiting.....

They did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but it took a couple of days which was a little frustrating. I got the answer I needed in the end, I just wish the response had been quicker.

I ordered last week and I’m still waiting for my stuff to show up. I get that delays happen, but it feels like customers deserve clearer updates and a bit more respect for their time.
